In comparing Renegade Veracruz/Valencia/Verona to Dynamax Isata 5/Force/DX3, it appears most (or none?) of the Renegades have a rear window, while most of the Dynamax units do.

Can you help me understand this? Is there a cost-saving element to not having a rear window, or is there a functional benefit to not having the rear window?

I have read a lot of positive reviews of the Valencia. It seems like it is a good combination of value and quality. I don't understand no rear window, though?

Not sure that I have any answers for you as to why no window. I could honestly go either way since I have had coaches with and without a rear window. I like my Verona 36 VSB very much without a rear window. Just for the record I personally do not like the Ram chsssis for it has that large center console that I have been told can not be removed . Having it there prevents you from being able to move freely to the coach area. Really look the Dynamax over closely and you will see major difference compared to how Renegades are put together. I am not a big fan of Forrest River

I do think the Renegade is a nicer coach but I don't see a center console in the Ram on the Dynamax....

I do remember when they first came out, that they didn't have arm rests on the inside of the seats (in the isle) which would be really awkward!

Thanks for clarifying the Ram console situation. My mistake. When they first came out I called and was told what I stated. Made no sense so glad it can be removed. Thanks, Ron

And while there is not a console, the access is still tougher on the Isata 5 because the cab seats sit lower than on the Freightliner chassis. Also, I don't think they swivel. The access and space functionality aren't quite as good as the Freightliner.
