How about spotting your travel trailer AFTER you unhook?

Hasn’t that been talked about a lot already? IMO it’s a neat idea that doesn’t make a lot of sense - like most concepts. All those batteries seriously limit your trailer (weight etc), are really expensive and note the lack of climate control on the batteries, and trust me you don’t want Lithium without climate control.

The problem stems from the concept of not mixing functionality. In your house the roof is just a roof, and the power is a different system, so a repair from one doesn’t affect the other. It’s best to have separate systems that just focus on what the do best. This concept mixes up towing and living. Better to put all those batteries in your vehicle.

Seperately Thor (Airstream parent) is partnering with a EV truck company for A/B class development.

Personally I’d like to see OEM’s and 3rd parties to focus on making the TV-Trailer system more aerodynamic.
