Was it charging OK before you replaced the batteries and converter?

Who replaced the batteries and converter?
2004 Monaco La Palma 36DBD, W22, 8.1, 7.1 MPG
2000 LEXUS RX300 FWD 22MPG 4020 LBS

The wire from the converter to the battery is the same wire that goes thru the battery disconnect solenoid. Use / Store switch.

There will also be a fuse/breaker on that wire, near the house battery. If its tripped or blown, the battery won't charge.

Look on or near your battery for a smaller then battery cable size wire.
