Hybrid ?

Sure, it it were an "intelligent" hybrid with traditional rear wheel drive and two electric motors in the front hubs.

Unless they come up with a plug n play battery replacement with upfront price (like changing flashlight battery of course its heavier and bigger), im not into electric cars.

Yes, but maybe not a Thor

I have a hybrid car, but would much rather see a diesel electric setup. Give me an all electric powertrain, enough battery for ~100+ miles, a big inverter setup using that same large battery bank, and a diesel generator big enough to charge at least at the usage rate to roll against the wind on the highway.

Batteries provide enough juice to give it nice acceleration, provide a massive off grid power source, with a built in automatic generator setup, no range anxiety, with enough diesel. Actually less complex than an existing diesel pusher with a pair of engines and an automatic transmission. Would be okay with a gas version too, but not sure I trust any RV manufacturer with building it. Would much rather see Ford/Chevy/Cummins/etc build this for commercial use and then convert for RVs.

I would buy one, and have been pretty happy with my Thor. I emailed them to find out when these units built on the Harbinger chassis would become available for purchase and got a response back that they don't plan to bring them to market or offer them for sale. They're for research purposes only.
