Rivian delivery van

In delivery form they only have a 150 mile range but you know the RV companies are eyeing it up for their own version. Power isn't an issue with EV's, so I wonder what they can push as far as CCC over a typical sprinter? A 500 mile range battery pack and full slides on both sides could take over the class C market.

The BrightDrop van (GM) is another we'll be seeing more of

Thor is working with some company on the idea of Class A/B RV EV’s. The difficulty to my mind is the EV architecture and the weight/range. Only GM has pulled off a 400 mi range - and that in a truck which hasn’t quite been released yet. They’ll want to make these RV’s much more aerodynamic to have a hope of pulling this off I think.

There is a wave of these coming from lots of manufacturers it seems. It should be interesting to see who wins.

I think the biggest opportunity yet seen here is the ability to really disregard the current chassis weight limits we are so use to. They can make something like this handle what only a current small diesel pusher can handle, all while packing even more HP and torque.

I am interested to see what they come up with
