Rv charging at EV station
Here's my pitch. Can my RV with 30 Amp hookup be connected to my Ecoflow Delta Pro parked at a EV station charging my ecoflow using the J1772 connection while i run my Air conditioner in my RV for my 2 siberian huskies for 2 plus hours while i step out for a bite to eat. Has anyone done this and is it safe for my RV system that has a lithium battery system running the RV to be running and charging my ecoflow at the same time.

Never considered nor done what you are pitching. Would say most ev owners would not be very accommodating with you occupying a space for 2 hours so you can cool your rv. Especially given the few charging spots available. I’m not an ev owner and would never consider one, but don’t believe you’d win over many friends if they saw you occupying one on the rare chargers. Kinda like the person at the gas pump that fills up, then leaves their car there to go in and shop and use the bathroom while you’re stuck waiting. If you are successful in the conversion, would like to know how it turns out for you. Best of luck.

Not appropriate use of EV charge stations. Please be respectful of EV owners who may need a charge and want to get on their way.

Charge whatever you're charging and get out of the way. Ya think this is a Buc-ees?

Would you park your rv at the gas pump for two hours while you shop? Same concept.

30 amp at 120 VAC or 240???? I have no idea about EV charging stations.
240 will "let the smoke out" of any 120 VAC appliances you are running.

All Level 2 Charging stations you find will be 240V. There are two power pins in the SAE J1772 connector which will be either Line 1 and Line 2 or maybe Line 1 and Neutral but either way they will have 208 to 240V between them. The other pins are a Protective Earth, Pilot signal and Proximity Pin. The last two are control pins.
Either way, you can't run off that power to run your RV since RV's are not made for 240V. All RV loads are 120V. Even when you hook up to 50A service in an RV park, the RV pulls from each Line to Neutral which is 120V and not from Line to Line which is more than likely, either 208V or 240V.
So, besides not sitting on a charge station you would be damaging the RV electrical system.

A better solution would be to run a generator to power the AC on your RV to keep your dogs comfortable.
As others have said, sitting at a charming station for 2-hours would be incredibly rude and inconsiderate.

I suppose there is a cable for charging the unit at an EV station?

I believe using your power bank and charging it at the same time creates more heat and will damage it.

In my view I think it depends on if you're actively drawing power, not just parked there. At that point I see little distinction to what kind of battery is being charged, unless the charge station limits users to specific vehicles or traction batteries only. To consider one user more important than other is pretentious. Unless there's a stated exclusion of vehicle type by the station, what others might think of it is irrelevant.

It would appear by the Terms of Use for the Electrify America EV charging stations that use is only allowed to charge EV vehicles with auto manufacture suppled connectors. I have not checked the other providers so check first. Here is an excerpt from EA:
Use of Chargers.
You are permitted to use the Network, in the manner permitted by this TOU, and subject to the conditions of this TOU, including payment of the amount required for each occasion on which You use a Charger. When You use a Charger, You agree to follow all applicable product, vehicle, safety, and technical documentation for the Charger and for any vehicle that You connect to the Charger. You also agree to use the correct equipment and connector type for the vehicle. Electrify America only permits the use, with its Chargers, of adapters sold by automakers. Your use of any other adapter with the Network is prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that the Chargers are intended for use and are to be used solely for standard, industry-manufactured automotive land vehicles, and that You are prohibited from using a Charger with any other type of vehicle or electric transportation. This prohibition includes, without limitation, electric boats, home-built electric vehicles, home-built onboard chargers, and vehicles that contain personally modified chargers. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Electrify America shall have no responsibility to You for any damages or losses resulting from Your failure to comply with this paragraph, including without limitation any damages to personal property or arising from personal injury or death. You further acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Electrify America harmless for any damage, liability, or loss experienced by any person resulting from Your failure to comply with the terms of this paragraph.

It's an "EV" charger, not an "RV" charger. Not even close to the same thing. Run your generator to keep your dogs cool. Don't have a generator? Buy one.
