2004 Eagle Cap 1150

Hello all,
I own a 2004 Eagle Cap 1150 with Happijacs. My left Jacks work but the right do not. I have gone through the process of resetting the controller several times but no luck. I have looked everywhere I can see and places I can't see using an endoscope to try and find the controller but it's nowhere to be found. Does anyone know where they hid this thing? I have every access panel I could find removed and I don't want to put it back together until I solve the problem.
Thanks in advance for any light you may be able to shed on this problem!
Dan

The controller in my Arctic Fox was under the sink and is in the basement of my Host. If neither of those, what about in your battery compartment?

Thanks for your reply Bedlam. I have looked under the sink and in the battery compartment. I don't have a basement per say but I followed the phone type cord from the back of the camper forward between the holding tanks for about 4 ft. with an endoscope and there it turned to the left and I can't tell where it goes from there.

well since your in tacoma i would call apachie. great people and they’re the dealer for them. If Charlie was still there i would say talk to him, but he is now in portland. Was their service manager for over 20 yrs. He really knows them. good luck.

Typically the controller is not too far from the batteries due to the power required. Try pulling cabinet drawers close to your batteries to see if you find it. Also look close to your fuse/distribution panel.

I hope that I can shed some light on finding your control box. My 06 Adventurer 106 DBS has H/Jacks and I had a similar experience as I was at home when it occurred. After inquiring with the dealer in NH was able to find the controller. It was under the sink in the kitchen, but under a false flooring. One of the fuses was blown. They are fused by drivers side and pass. side. I bought auto reset breakers to replace the fuses. After this I ended up replacing the rear jack powerheads as they were the reason for the high draws . You say that the phone style cord travels to the front in the lower area between the tanks and your not sure where it exits. The controller is only about 5x5 and 2 deep, mounted by 2 screws so I would look by your power supply. Good luck and maybe try a dedicated T/Camper dealer whom knows your brand.
