AF 990 Battery or Wiring Problem?

Took my Arctic Fox 990 off the truck the other day, running solely off the house batteries (not plugged into 120VAC or truck). It had been plugged in and charging the two very new (2 months old) Group 27 deep cycles. Lifted it up on the 4 Reico Titan electric jacks and it seemed very weak. Dropping it down after getting it off the truck it stops several times, needing several minutes before it will go again. Checked batteries at auto parts store, tested good. Charge wizard 9200 is putting out 13.6 volts as it supposed to so I think batteries are good and charge wizard is keeping them topped off so they should have been fully charged when I took the camper off. Does this sound like a loose connection somewhere? Any ideas where to check?

Do you have a wireless remote control or the wired one? I have a wireless remote on my camper and have had something like this happen. I put a new battery in the remote and it started working much better. If you don't have a wireless remote then I would start with checking and cleaning the grounds on your jacks and cleaning the terminals on the batteries. Out side of that I have no idea.

Measure voltage at the battery when running the jacks. If you are seeing voltages approach 11VDC while under load, your batteries may need to be reconditioned or replaced if they were older. Since yours are almost new look for poor connections causing the voltage drop.

Given batteries were replaced recently a loose or poor connection at the batteries would be my starting point provided everything was good up until then.
