Looking at having some service work done on my Lance. They appear to be a fairly large Lance dealer. Any pro's or con's concerning their work? Feel free to send me a PM if necessary. Thanks

Just bought a Lance 815 from Adventurer in Brandon Florida last week. Lenerd from Sevierville brought my unit down. Both he and Mark were very helpfull and seemed like straight shooters.

I haven't bought anything from them, but we did stop by there one afternoon and look at an 1181 and talked to Sue. She seemed to know a lot about truck campers. I also liked their "no hagle" price. They seem to be a large volume dealer.
If we buy another Lance, I will definately give them a shot.
Good Luck,
BradW

Be sure to chat with Outdoor Express in Falling Waters, W.Va.,

before you make any decisions. I have found them to be very honest reliable people and their tech staff does excellent work. They prepped my F450 with SuperHitch, Fast Guns, rear view color monitor etc. and did an outstanding job. I went under the truck today to look at the work and it looks like it came from the factory!
Best wishes to all.

Recently, while attending a business conference in Tampa, I drove down to Brandon, FL, to inspect Lance's new Max TCs at Adventure RV's FL location. I thought I had an appointment with the manager/co-owner, but when I arrived at 1:00 P.M., the store was still closed for lunch. I, six "drop-by" customers and the FedEx delivery guy, waited for over thirty minutes for the manager to return. I saw no other employees beside the manager at the dealership during the next hour.
Frankly, I didn't think much of Adventure RV's Brandon operation. The office was a small, cluttered storefront on a narrow street off a busy commerical area in which I would not venture after dark. The few, new TCs that they had in stock were stored in a small, fenced-in lot shared with an adjoining automotive repair shop (the Corvette undergoing restoration in the lot was interesting). There was a small metal building behind the office which seemed to function as a combination parts and repair shop.
The manager/co-owner was friendly and generally knowledgeable of TCs, but was not up to speed on new Lance Max standard and optional equipment. When I asked about the addition of a "custom" item, he replied, "Well, I've never done that before, but I'm sure I could do it - done most everything else!"
I left Adventure RVs Brandon, FL, dealership with the impression that all they had to offer me was "the lowest price."

Will only say that a camper purchaser might be wise to checkout a dealer's facility for repairing campers and availability to bring in on weekends to discuss repair work or to pick up the camper.
