Atwood was sending me e-mails daily offering suggestions on how to repair this issue. Finally we get down to everything working except the remote control. And since we both agree the remote is non-functional and that it is still under warranty I have not heard a single thing from them! Go figure. I did write a note asking what's up. The reply? We are really busy in the summer months and we are going to send you a replacemnet number so you can send us the remote.
It's been two weeks. Maybe time for another note.
Chet
