battery upgrade help 2000 starcraft lonestar pickup camper

hello all,

new here, signed up looking for help, starcraft cant help because of age of camper....
my camper has the factory Centurian CS 1200 converter, id like to switch/upgrade? to a agm type sealed battery from the old wet type deep cycle to get away from having to vent the gasses etc. my question is can it be done without changing anything but the battery type, will it charge properly? any tips ,suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks

Centurian CS 1200 converter.......DC output 12V 12A
Should be enough to maintain a 12V AGM battery provided there is not much DC Demand (lights/water pump etc)

Might want to replace that Centurian..........

thanks for your help as well Ludo, I would ultimately like to go lithium route, but figured everything else would need to be changed out as well to go that route. any further advice ,links, info on converting a simple camper like mine over to lithium batt would be appreciated. im looking for simplicity and efficiency
thanks again
