Dometic fridge on but no cold

okay, so i looked a little into this fridge.
on LP side you can see the flame burning, hear a boiling sound
On 120 side same thing it has current and i can hear a boiling sound.

After 12 hours it won't get cold. I was going to clean everything off and out (flu). But was just wondering is this a good starting point or should I troubleshoot else where?
Its a Dometic Royale Designer Series RM3604

My husband and I had this problem last year. The freezer was doing its job but the fridge wouldn't stay cold. After many discussions with repair people and manufacturers, they fi ly listened to my husband and decided it was a saturated insulation issue. It was a Nordic fridge and according to Nordic the only solution was a new fridge. Which is what we did.

Six things will affect 'insufficient cooling on both heat sources'
*Leveling .... off level operation can stop the coolant flow thru cooling unit
*Ventilation .... insulation has fallen down, airflow/draft is obstructed
*Thermostat .... failed thermostat can not regulate fridge temps (inside the food compartment with senor wire ---part of lamp/door switch assembly)
*Air leaks .... fridge door seals bad
*Cooling Unit .... obstructed/blocked ---- coolant has been overheated causing crystals to plate out on the inside of tubes (Cooling Unit DEAD)

Here is the Service Manual for the 3604/3804 fridges

Thanks for the info, I will check everything as much as i can this weekend. Supposed to get snow but fingers crossed we dont. I am assuming its something simple i checked the fins on the upper part of the cooling system they had some cobwebs on them but not much, i plan on pulling the top vent cover to really get a look at it, and then blow air on all of it to clean it out, also putting electro greese on the connectors.
