Their pricing is from 2018. Says add 10% for 2019 pricing, so in 2023-24 dollars add another…what, 25% more to that?
Anyhow, at 2018 pricing it quickly added up to about $300k for the 17’ tag axle model, without all the house options. I’m guessing add another 35% to that, plus another easy $50-75k in gotta have options. Seems like a pretty pricy camper for a flatbed truck that likely wouldn’t get used for much of anything else.
A Super C would have a much better towing capacity.

So big and heavy that it's effectively super-C. The fact its removable seems irrelevant. If you want what a truck camper offers (mobility), why would you bother? This is the direction that truck campers have been going. They started on the venerable SRW pickup truck, then gained so much weight, the majority have to be on a dually, which is also very off-road restricted. I value the ability to go places where an SRW truck can go that other types of RV's cannot. Even today, the big triple slide Host Mammoths and the like are so hobbled they are road-bound. I'm all for people doing what they want, but for me, this is ridiculous.

That big truck may be great for an "expedition" to the lake, but I can't see that getting far down any national forest road. The big house certainly can't weave between too many trees, and the front and rear approach angles limit mountain trails. I don't see much if any communication between the house and the cab, so you have a lot of single use space.

This is not a vehicle I'd bee interested in.
