I'm thinking of trading my '94 Lance camper in for a new one. Do you find dealers stick to the MSRP or will they drop the price? What is a reasonable discount to look for? Thanks, Tony

I am confident that Adventure RV in Sevierville, TN sells below the MSRP.

I got a price quote from a Lance dealer in Springfield, MO that was real close to the MSRP.

If they have 2005 models, they should be selling at a discount.

Negotiate, Negotiate. They want to sell as bad as you want to buy!

They will probably stick to low book on your trade.

If you're prepared to shop hard, you can get a good discount. The best deals I've encountered come from Pacific Travel Center (.com) in Tacoma, WA. I'm talking $5-7k off of MSRP on the more expensive campers.
