My apologies, I am a resident of Ohio and they already want you to title a truck camper. I was looking for the penalties if it isn't titled.
I am hoping not to give anyone ideas.

I suppose the only other penalty would be if ownership came into question but a notarized bill of sale should solve that. A notarized bill of sale would also suffice to get it tiled (along with an inspection).
