Depends on the axle of the truck can't tell if it is full floating or not. Looks like it could use some helper springs though.

Whether or not the truck in that picture is overloaded can only be determined if you know:
1.) The total weight of the camper, it's contents, and accessories.
2.) How much weight that truck is designed to carry.
