Talking PU slide in camper kits.

A friend bought a 10 foot slide in camper kit in 1972 from Luger kits. I can not afford a New factory assembled camper since I retired but have plenty of time to assemble a kit. Problem lays in being able to find a company that sells kits.

Not sure bout slide in camper kits but plenty of TearDrop Kits you can get.

For example:https://bigwoodycampers.com/teardrop...r-ultimate-kit

Or if you google around you'll see where lots of people buy a cap for their truck then build in beds and storage.

Check out Glen-L.com. They have a few truck camper plans available. Not a kit though.

Talking

If I wanted some thing to pull with the motor cycle I would look at the tiny tear drops for sure. I have also seen the PLANS too.
I am searching for the kit form and thought some one here may know of a place.
Luger also had boat kits and my friend assembled couple of those back in the 1970's.

With the modern materials available and utube, get plans and go for it. Dad and I built one in our garage over a winter in 1962. Had all the amenities of the factory built and were continually ask what brand it was because we stole ideas and design from the best of the time including holding a 4x8 piece of plywood on the bed portion and doing a pencil copy of one friends New one.

Unfortunately , in our litigation frenzied world a " kit " camper is probably a thing of the past.
Plans are available for scratch building or design your own and go for the build.
The latter is what I ended up doing.
