Restrictions against one ton trucks, even for private/non-commercial use. I KNOW this has been an issue in the past for entrance into interior Mexico.

Maybe it's the licensing, Arizona used to require all 1 tons to be licensed as commercial but they relaxed that requirement years ago. I drive a 1 ton Superduty there every time, probably 30 times by now over the last 12 years.
