Wiring help for 1970’s Vanguard 11.5’ camper

Am helping a friend with restore and looking for typical wiring diagram or help with what to consider when reconnecting wiring. The 110v cord was cut right inside the cord compartment . And the 12v cord looks like it’s connected to a four or five pin male trailer plug. Am assuming besides park, clearance, reverse, brake, and turn wires, there should be a ground and a hot wire to run camper 12v components?
For the the 110v side, not sure if its two or three wire. What would typical circuitry be in that era of camper? Separate circuit for fridge? And another for plugs?

Truck campers of that era , used a rectangular 6 wire connector . I'll see if I can locate a picture and diagram.
For the 120 volt wiring , find the RV's internal circuit breaker box and see what size the main C/B is 15 / 20 or 30 amp , that will determine the cord you'll need for your repair.

info on this site may help

EDIT : They show the connector in the 6 way section but no wiring diagram
