years ago when I was in the Navy, I went into a rest room and used the urinal, turning to leave a Marine said "in the Corp we are taught to wash our hands after using the bathroom" I replied "In the Navy we are taught not to pee on our hands" and I left..

My Father in law is a Marine and he always said the Marine's were taught to not pee on their hands.

On a show Boston Leagal years ago James Spader used the urinal then went to shake Candice Bergen' s hand. She said you didn't wash your hands and he said I keep an incredibly clean penis. I use both of them when needed.
