About 27 years back somewhere around Telford PA. The wife and I came upon a spilled load of haybales. The guy had come around the inside of a turn too quickly, spilling his load and blocking our passage on the outside of the turn, in the opposite direction. There was nothing to do but to help him reload to excessive height. Oh well!

That guy is probably on a forum somewhere complaining that his truck just isn’t made as well as his old one and broke a spring with only 185,000 miles…

I once put 1600 pounds of shingles into a minivan. It was a GMC Safari, built on a truck frame, road great with that weight.
I can remember backing a truck up to the steps of a building on the LSU campus, loading it full of books to move to another building. We didn't realize how low the truck was riding with the books, and when we pulled away, the receiver was resting on a step and cracked out a chunk of concrete.
Jethro Bodine would be so happy with the guy's loading of the truck in the picture. I am sure he could cypher the numbers to show where it was within limits.

Hahaha. Reminds me of how I used to load up the wheelbarrow when my Dad asked for help doing yard work. My logic was fewer trips meant getting done sooner so I could go play. It worked, but not as intended. I'd go a couple feet, wobble, spill, couple feet, wobble spill... My dad would get so frustrated with me undoing his clean up work, he'd cut me loose.
It also reminds me of piles of shrimp on some people's plates during all you can eat days, when one of the offerings was shrimp and veggies - note I said piles of shrimp, not shrimp and veggies.

When I was an early teen, my Dad, his cousin and I would buy would from people that wanted their land cleared of "dead and down" trees so much per truckload.
my dad had a 60 something model full size pickup we had sides on. We would stack not pile, the wood evenly across the bed to just above the cab all the way back to the tailgate. One owner said "wait a minute, that's not what I meant by 'truckload'" My dad told him charge more if you need to, but I'm not leaving the woods without a full load!
