Four of my Key Rules in RVing are:

1. You must learn from the mistakes, mishaps, misfortunes
and F-ups of others, or you will surely repeat them.
2. Take your time and never be in a rush setting up
or tearing down camp.
3. Never hurry or multi-task when emptying the holding tanks.
4. After packing up and putting schit away, sit down
with a cold one and think about what you forgot to do.

Or the door awning out.

And on a Vectra 36RD, it comes up through the sink drain and overflows into the floor.

I'd also add that you allow no one to distract you while flushing. Like with birthday cake, "real buttercream frosting Joe and Ice cream. Just two rigs down. Come on or it'll be all gone". Good roads to ya.
