Building ID cards

My 2nd wife was a Tennessee State employee. She worked in the Andrew Jackson Building in Nashville. They gave all the employees photo ID passes to enable them to have access to the building. They were designated pass number 1 and so forth. When they made the first ones they cut the pictures so big that the picture covered up the letter P in the word pass, thus changing Pass number such and such to something entirely different. This really happened. One of the ladies in her office got one like that. She was quite upset. Everyone else thought it was funny.
