We had a malamute that chewed his way through our garage door in about a half an hour.

Our old dog had a habit of wrecking the screens on the door. The ex decided she was going to take the screen door off and repair it. I didn't realize that the step sensor was on the screen door. I was going to take the rv into town and get propane for our upcoming trip. As soon as I left, I got a call from the ex. The stairs are still down. She was following me into town to get other stuff. Good thing she was. I might have torn my stairs off. The camper was fine. I learned two lessons. The sensor for the stairs is on the screen door, and the dog doesn't like fireworks, so don't put him inside by himself.

Y'know, I just rebuilt the hinge side of our Sunstar entry door, and marveled at how flimsy the construction is. An inch and a half of foam sandwiched between an eighth of an inch of fiberglass on the outside and a 16th of an inch or less of melamine or something on the inside. It would be pretty easy to damage or break through, and I can see a dog doing that.
I should post my rebuild over here.

And some folks fret about buying better locks for their doors.
