I would guess a class C. It's not street legal without lights, turn signals, etc., though. Wonder if he has enough stopping power? Where's the weight police? Surely the rear axle is overloaded.

That is the new Hybird to be imported from China to every Country that hosts any and all World class sport games.
It is also the new "P" class. People power class and next year a 2 person power train system will be installed.
They are working on a braking system, but at this time there is a warning that the vehicle should not be used for going up or down hills nor should the speed go any faster than 2 miles per day.
