Looks like a "Fi-air-bird" or possibly a "Cam-air-O".

As banged/dinged up as that Airstream is apparently R&D isn't going well. Oh wait, it had to be moved from Jackson Center Ohio where the trailer is made.
Must have been a forerunner of the Airstream class A MH.

Looks like a 1968 FWD Oldsmobile Toronado with an aftermarket driving light in the rightside grill mated to the Airstream travel trailer. Something along the lines of a 1973-1978 GMC Motorhome which used the 455c.i. or 403c.i. Oldsmobile V8 with a transaxle.
I thought they were cool. I almost bought one but on the test drive the engine quit on me twice leaving me with no power brakes and no power steering during a turn. The seller had to call his wife to come get the DW and me.

If I owned something that looked like that, I would want to keep it secret also!
That thing is butt ugly

Ahhh....c'mon. What bubba wouldn't love to have that thing? That big 'ol chrome exhaust pipe would be hard to resist.
About the only thing left to do would be to put a pair of Hadleys on the roof and maybe an NRA sticker in the rear window.[emoji41]

I want to know what semi he stole that exhaust pipe from...
Would love to see the inside of that to see how he handled the instrument panel, steering, etc. Like the looks or not, it is certainly an interesting bit of engineering...

It has dual exhausts! (Tip just visible in first pic.) Varoom! I love the use of HVAC tape along the cabin to front end seam. Not just duct tape. Airstream went first class, as one would expect.

Pair it with a Ferrari instead and park it outside a bank in NYC
