Driving Test

A teenager had reached the age that allowed him to take the driving test so he could get his very own drivers license, as he and the official of the DMV entered the car fastened their seat belts he was told what route to take. The teenager drove at a legally posted speed limit exercising caution, when they finally returned to the DMV office the driving official announced to the surprise of the teenager that he was refusing to grant Jim a license..Why the teenager asked, we'll son you ran 8 out of 10 stop signs...
The teenager exclaimed I slowed down looking both ways and if nothing was coming I would speed back up...Good grief what's the difference slow down or stop..The official Tells the teenager to get out of the car, handcuffs. Him and leans him across the hood of the car and starts to tap him on the head with his night stick ever so lightly. The official while tapping the teenager on the head then asks the question, do you want me to slow down or do want me to stop..

Lesson learned...."..
