Ok, are HiLo's supposed to go down the road in the Hi position?

So i'm tooling down I4 about 70MPH and this weekend warrior blows my doors off pulling a Hilo that is "High". Seemed to be pulling fine, but didn't think they were meant to do that?

I wish I could have got a picture....

Are you sure that "High" applies only to the trailer ?

Maybe the cable came off the track and he was in a hurry to get home.
