Police in our area are having a crime wave of wheels being stolen from police cars. They are working tirelessly to catch the perpetrators.

Just kidding, of course. I have great respect for the LEO's willing to put their life on the line every day to protect you and me. Yes, there are some bad apples in the barrel, but that's true in every profession.

We were changing out the radios in the front parking lot of a local small town pd and the Sargent suggested we keep everything closed.

It seems folks come in and steal the batteries from the patrol cars between shifts while they are parked.

While they were messing with the radios, thieves stole the toilets from the station restrooms. Police have nothing to go on.
