Almost all fast food chains are limited to the current menu. That is how their operation works, and they keep controls on food quality and such.
If you want something not on their menu, you will need to go somewhere else. Lots of other options out there.

I've built some McDonalds but in the last 40 years I've eaten at 2, maybe.
I do hold their stock though. I'm not above prospering off of others' suffering.
