local arrest

I stopped into the local Quick Trip the other day for a coffee. I noticed two deputies watching a guy pump gasoline. I spent 27 years as a LEO and I looked closer at the guy at the pump. It appeared he was smoking a crack pipe. I knew this guy was history, so I grabbed my coffee and headed out the door. Just as I reached my truck I hear screaming and yelling and I looked back toward the pumps. The guy was waving his arm around and it was blazing from the elbow up.
The deputies jumped on him and tossed him to the ground - quickly handcuffing him. I ran up to help them. I asked why they arrested and cuffed the guy. They said he was waving a fire arm around.

*sorry, but that is the best I have this early in the morning*
