One excuse is as good as another!
This guy went next door to ask his neighbor to borrow his shovel. The neighbor said "no, I can't let you borrow my shovel because my wife is expecting."
Puzzled, the guy says "what does your wife expecting have to do with me borrowing your shovel?"
The neighbor replied "Nothing, but if I don't want to lend you my shovel then one excuse is as good as another!"
