I believe I heard one time the definition of Mortgage was - Death Grip. I think it goes along with Your Boys.

Gress is some word we do not commonly used.

But progress is common.

Pro being a common for a positive or adding descriptiin.

A word for being subtractive or being negative can be added instead to form Congress.
