I washed the boat and MH when we returned home from Florida in March.....It rained the next day. I washed the MH day before yesterday. I washed the boat and car yesterday. I awoke early this morning and it was poring...we are supposed to get up to an inch of rain today.
We haven't had half inch of rain all summer...
When we need all I have to do is wash the boat and Motorhome.....coincidence????who knows.

Be VERY careful not to wax them all at once too!

That's for sure!!! We would end up with a Tornado or Hurricane....Worse,,,,reallll sore elbows and shoulders.
Speaking of waxing. I didn't get all the black steaks off during the washing. The ones that come down by the windows and end gutters.
So I did get them off with Turtle wax...Then I stepped back and looked....Now I have to wax the whole MH!!

We've always debated on selling ourselves out as rainmakers. All we have to do is set up the RV somewhere, and it's guaranteed to rain!

Last time I got real industrious, I washed and waxed both cars and the Minnie Winnie (Over a long weekend I had) we had. In less than a week we had a huge tropical storm (Allison) and flooded a large part of Houston. I only wash or wax one vehicle at a time and wait a couple of weeks now.

I can't do that to people again.

I sure am glad to hear/see that rain is not just where I always am. Last trip out it rained all 5 days, in a year that has been very dry all summer. Do I know how to pick the days or what? It even rained in the desert near Quartzite something our group had never seen.

I believe that everbody missed the the point that when one returns from the coast it is necessary to wash the salt from the rig(s).
The more rain, the better!
