Reading the will

An elderly man was on his deathbed as his wife, children and a nurse stood close by.

Then he spoke "Bill, you take the Beverly Hills houses"

"Debra, the apartments over the Plaza are yours"

"My dear wife, take all the residential building near downtown"

The nurse was really impressed! She said "your husband must have been quite a man, amassing all that property to leave to all of you!"

The wife responded "What property! He had a paper route!"
