Seen Today...

A sign on the back of a Foretravel, reading:

GO AROUND

If it was made to go fast, it
wouldn't be shaped like a brick.

(Or words to that effect.)

Buy my gas, I'll go your speed.
Stop bitching, go around me.
Sorry for driving so close in front of you.

In a former life I drove a big truck. I had to smartly hit the brakes for a critter. This was on a rural 2 lane road, not busy. The big rigger behind me came over the CB and chastised me for hitting the brakes without a warning. I asked him if I was leading too close. He came back and apologized for following too close.

It's been about thirty years. I didn't know that there would be a quiz.

It was in rural WI. Probably a deer.

I was just wondering. With certain critters you hit the brakes and with others you hit the gas pedal.
