I have one of these and a ratchet version too. This is the first speed driver.

Still got mine with all of the bits. Mine says "Yankee" on it. I don't really like it but it was my dads, it won't go away.

I think I have the same Yankee one that was my dads. But it was used by a tradesman and shows it use. I was just looking at it about a week ago and remember using it when I hung a storm door with dad.
