Smile 10 Year Rule - Orlando RV Parks

Greeting All,

I am searching for a decent, well maintained, family safe RV park not too far from the Disney World area that accept trailers over 10 years old. I am planning on doing an annual lease. We are a family of 6 with 2 small dogs. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest using this link to pre-screen what type RV park you prefer near the Orlando area and beginning emailing them with your inquiry. Explain exactly what you want and why, express willingness to provide pictures of your RV.

All Florida RV resorts by rank.
Many RV parks have "specials" for year-round units; like living there 6 mos. and vacant 6 mos., etc.

Most parks with the 10-year rule will waive that if the unit is in good condition and clean. I used to stay at a place that was very nice but the owners let some people move in permanently with 3 dilapidated 5ers... and the place went down hill fast. So did their business. Hoping they get a clue and clean it back up.
