probably call is from tt independent sales contractor. they usually set up meetings in your general area and try to sell more. my experance is the contracted sales people do no know anything about tt and they flat out lie to you. If you want to know what is going on call tt membership at headquarters or a preserve manager.

We won't be able to get our one-on-one before mid-December, but we are really curious what they're pitching.
We went through this summer. Continual hounding to talk with a membership counselor about "changes to the program and website that are important". Wouldn't take no for an answer, wouldn't say exactly what its about.

This is their normal yearly sales pitch around the time your membership is up. They get real cagey telling what the scheduled call is about because its a 1000% sales call.

I was very displeased. The sales guy just read me the "im just doin' my job" riot act and brought his supervisor on to try and pressure further after about the 10th time I said I wasn't interested.. The supervisor immediately picked up my mood and ended the call. Highly amusing.

We find value in our level membership (yearly camping pass + trails collection) so will continue to put up with it, but that's what it is.
