2019 Chili Bowl

Thinking about going to the chili bowl in January(one of my bucket list items). Just wondering if the temps are warm enough and are there any campgrounds open for a 5th wheel in the Tulsa area. Will be coming from Colorado so anything in the 50ís is warm enough as long as we have power hook up.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
