It's not about me. It's about any individual discriminated against based on who they are. Age, color, height, weight, race - anything that discriminates against an individual.

A simple CG/RVP isn't a facility or community and doesn't fall under HUD's rules.

In some states you can not drink booze until you are 21, while others it is 18. Is that discrimination also? Some states have counties that don't allow drinking like TN Are these counties discriminating against people who drink? Some places don't allow conceal carry, I guess this would be discrimination against law abiding gun owners.
PC people are everywhere.

You know... now that I think about it... I think it's discrimination that my local Chinese restaurant doesn't offer Texas BBQ on their menu... Oh, the injustice..
Really people.. different strokes for different folks... this is what makes America great.. we have CHOICES !!! and if a business decides to alienate potential customers.. so be it.. no sense in getting your panties in a bunch !!!
Just take your money elsewhere, to some other business that will appreciate and TAKE your money !!

Well, I'm one of those "old Geezers" I guess (at least by your standards), and we stay in both type parks. Some people just like the peace and quiet of having no kids running around, playing games ect, and others it doesn't bother. Not all people make their kids behave and follow the rules. Either way when you invest your money into anything like this, you get to make the rules, the age discrimination you are referring to applies to the workplace, not necessarily a piece of property someone has developed for a specific need.
They have Children's Hospitals where adults cannot be treated, where do you draw the line, is that age discrimination too, or is it just whatever fits your needs at the time. There are numerous laws like mentioned that are based on age, you are prosecuted differently based on age if you commit a crime.
The bottom line is not all places are the same, and there are plenty of other CG's to stay at that fit your needs.

Knock it off with your non sense
There are plenty of parks out there

You have to be 18 to vote, 21 to drink, 25 to run for congress, and 35 to run for president. I guess age discrimination is everywhere.

They say I cant use the ladies room because im a man geeez I should file a discrimination suit against the state......or maybe I will take an easier route and go use the mens room. The problem with letting the younger crowd into the 55 plus parks is that they consider anyone older them to be old geezers! I think someone answered his own question but is to young to know it

It has nothing to do with drinking age - those are laws. There's no law that says I can't rent a space when I need it just because I'm under 55. It's arbitrary and discriminatory. People don't get to decide who can and can't buy or do something based on who the person is. Just like you cant stop someone buying something based on race. This practice infringes on personal freedom. It's plain discrimination if you can get the distinction. There's nothing pc about it.
