Anchor Down

Got my site with a fireplace booked for November.. I understand it's at the top.. Site 19. Any tips.. Info etc.. How hard is it getting to the top.. Got a 43 foot fifth wheel(: I'm so excited!!

We were there last year, and have another week trip planned end of Sept. It's a NICE PARK and you'll have no problem getting up the hill (I have a 45' + Tow). Site #19 is mine too....

They used to have a deal where if you paid for a month you got it 50% off. We stayed one month two years ago. Very nice park, but 20-30 minutes from town.
Nice place to rest.

Hi Navy brat,
Depends on what you want to do. A weekend getaway is perfect. R&R, do Douglas Lake stuff. It is a bit of a hike to the shows and attractions along the parkway and the GSMNP. If you are not familiar with the area, consider spending some time scouting out the area for a CG closer to the shows and attractions, if that is important.

Looking more towards a relaxing get away.. Not fans of the tourist trap things.. Just want some quite downtime to relax and get away.. I'm
A ER nurse and have enough excitement.. My escape!!
