Anybody going to NHRA races in Brainerd
Wife & I are going to be there, will be staying at Wildwedge rv in Pequot Lake, if up in that area stop bye.

Not this year,but hopefully next year.Where are You staying in relation to the racetrack? I have heard that the ZOO is out of control.

The cg we are staying at about 10 to 15 mi north of track on 371. It is a new good sams cg built in 2012 and sits on a golf course. its near Pequot Lakes Mn.

Just arrived today from Indana, a week early- having my Sidewalls re-finished, then to the track on Tuesday.

Not this year, we made all the Western Swing....
If your new to the area....make sure you run and hide in the evenings, you will know why.

Its a NHRA national event, Mellow Yellow pro series with sportmans racers. Top fuel dragsters, top fuel funny cars, pro stock& more.Stats Aug 14 thur aug 17. finals will be on 17th, come for 1 day or or all 4. You can stay at track{ dry camp} or maybe able to find a cg.

Not sure I would call it dry camping  Certainly an experience....  , and the mud races after the drags are over for the day.....well let's just say there may be one or two brewskis involved.... 
Great races, lots of people, Leave for the track early cause of the traffic. Always had a good time there. Have timeshare at Causeway on Gull....so not in the mud pit!
