Anyone experienced these two?

Deerlick creek or burchfield branch park in central Alabama? Both are COE's. A coworker recommended Clear Creek but they don't open til the week after I'm camping. I'm wondering if the first two have cell phone signal. We're ok with no wifi but no cell coverage is a major bummer. As tempting as it sounds to not have that thing singing every few minutes, contact with the outside world is essential sometimes.
