We were WAY under impressed with Page and the Lake... we actually cut our visit short.
But, this was after 6 weeks of sight seeing the most beautiful parts from colorado up to yellowstone and 20 sights in between... so maybe we were jaded by then...

and apply for the tsd fuel card - save $100's on a trip like that

Correct, Page as a town is nothing. The reason to go there is boating if you have a boat or take boat tours, taking a tour of the slot canyons or take the dam tour.

Palo Duro Canyon about a south of I40 / Amarillo, TX. Second largest canyon in the lower 48 states.

X2 on the pueblo sky city. I have always liked that sort of past history, but the village is still being occupied.

Thanks....we were there for 10 days last year after picking up the new-to-us 5th wheel in Albuquerque. You live in paradise!!!

W5WTX ... We are planning to go to Palo Duro Canyon SP. Any specific CG that you recommend if we can't get into the state CG?
