Wife has a crazy Brooklyn friend that lives in a condo, near I-95 in Veira.

Her HOA allowed me to park my rig in there parking lot for up to 5 days.
We locked it up and staying in the condo.

The Escapees park south of Bushnell likely has openings. https://sumteroaks.escapeesrvparks.com/

If you need to get farther out, you could run up to the KOA in Perry and wait to see what to do next. https://koa.com/campgrounds/perry/

If you need more / different you might try Olde Mill Stream in Umatilla, Fl.
Most sites are 6 mo seasonal rentals but they do have 7-8 overflow sites that visitors use. Water & elec only but EZ dumps w/in park. It neat, clean and a well run park. Oflow likely not too busy this time of year.

We have room for you in Cocoa

Hey Twinboat. I have enjoyed your help on this forum. You do not want to be at Jetty Park when this storm comes ashore. We live not far from there (15 miles) in a rural area and have some acreage with 30 and 50 amp rv hookups, water and dump station. You are welcome to come stay until storm passes or they let you back in to Jetty Park after the storm. I sent you a private message thru this forum with contact #, address etc. Stay safe.

Kicked out *again*, Twinboat? Tsk, tsk.

Same thing happened to us in RI a year or two back. The eye passed less than a half mile from the state campground we were kicked...er, evacuated from. We returned home and watched it on the news. We are really glad we weren't there! Glad you have a couple of options.

We were camping at Stone Mountain SP NC along the BRPW about 5 years ago. It was in the fall. Ranger Rick stopped by about 4pm and informed us we were evicted and to be out of the park by 11 am the next day. There was a winter storm coming and they expected over 24 inchs of snow.

Humm, home is upstate NY. I just got to Florida and it's cold up there.

Not supposed to be hurricanes in November.

In years past where living aboard, I've been kicked out of 2 different NY State canal sections.

Once because they were draining that section of the canal, who would think they could drain the river, and another time because of a distant storm flooding the section we were in. Just had to move beyond the lock and dam, to the other side.

You may want to try Land Yacht Harbor on John Rhodes Blvd in Melbourne. They are an Airstream Park but accept other brands. However, they do not accept pets.

Unfortunately the FL hurricane season extends to the end of November - yuk! And they are thinking of starting it earlier than June. It hasn't been as bad as some years as far as the number of hurricanes here this year, but it has put a damper on a lot of things.

Glad you are with friends in Viera. There is always room as a nice, highly rated resort in Titusville (The Great Outdoors).

We are in Orlando for the week, and got evacuated from Fort Wilderness yesterday afternoon… Disney put us up in one of their hotels for the night, and we expecting to return to the campground this afternoon sometime…

Jetty Park is now TBD for our return.

I canceled my stay with them and booked at Seasons in The Sun, in Mims. They have a nice pool and hot tub.

Stay safe out there. Good thing everyone was evacuated for this. We are on the west coast of Florida, so we are not experiencing the impact Nicole had when it landed on the east coast. Rain and a lot of wind gusts here though so it's not a good day to be on the road.
