Well, as a new member of this board I'm a bit taken back by some of the harsh replies to the OP. I've always felt these were sounding boards. Why is it as RV'ers we are expected to accept less customer service than others. If a red roof inn quotes me a price and doesn't honor it you have a right to be upset and get an explanation just as much as I should from a high end hotel. I guess we just keep accepting poor accomidations and customer service, that's what well get.
