Here is a southern AZ, out of the way place for 2 or 3 nights. It is south of I10. I have forgotten the nearby town. Leave the 5th wheel outside the park. We stayed at a RV/mobile home/motel near the main highway and drove our tow vehicle into the park.
The park campground road descends sharply into ravines. The 35 footer won't fit. The day use area is passible, but not comfortable for RV's.

Sorry, I hit the wrong button...
Chiricahua National Monument. It was developed from a donation of "Far Away Ranch" by the ranch owner. "Far away" is an understatement.
I couldn't stop taking pictures.

That would be Wilcox. We have been in too much of a hurry to spend time there, but have always been interest in Chircahua NM. Wilcox is becoming the Napa Valley of AZ. Wineries popping up everywhere. There is also a nice RV park just off the north side of I-10. I think it turned into a KOA since we stayed there. Interestingly there is a full service truck / RV wash right outside the gate of the RV Park.

Back in 2008 we stayed at McDowell Mountain Regional Park near Scottsdale. Lots of wide open spaces and coyotes. Might be airport nearby ? Liked it a lot.
