Best Big Rig Camping book?

Father's Day is coming up, we just took possession of our 2005 Dutch Star 4011, plan to hitch up a small SUV and begin 1-2 year+ tour of the Western Hemishere this Fall.

Is there a book known to be the Best Big Rig Freindly Camping Sites book out there I should ask for? We'll be focused on the US the first year but definitely want to get to Mexico eventually too.
