Oh Yea, I think there are over 1700 sites but most are permanent "Park Models", with only about 10-15% RV sites.

I was going to say I stayed that park this past spring. But then realized the one I was in was in Tucson. It sounds just like yours.
We live
here. You can look it up on the intraweb. You can also look up Fun and Sun in Sarasota. Both offer a lot of activities. Both are likely sold out for this winter season and possible next season too.
You'll find both these resorts offer a lot activities. But, unlike a lot of places in the SW and here in FL, the spacing between homes and RV lots is not as crammed in.
I'd suggest you first figure out what area of FL interests you (beach, lake, inland, coastal, tropical (FL Keys), not so warm (Panhandle), attractions (Orlando), historic (Jax / St. Augustine), woodsy (north central), crowded (mid-central), east coast - west coast, etc. Then maybe you can home in on which area you want to spend some time.
